As of 1/12/2026 the project has been cancelled The work is divided between a Base Bid and three Additive Alternates. The Base Bid generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate Hangar 1 from aircraft storage to vehicle storage, and demolition of the existing office addition. Site work includes exterior trench drain, stormwater infrastructure and mitigation, paving and marking, and the construction of a fuel facility. Additive Alternate No. 1 includes the installation of an oil-water separation system in Hangar 2. Additive Alternate No. 2 includes the demolition of a single-story addition at the southwest corner of Hangar 2. Additive Alternate No. 3 includes epoxy floor coating of Hangar 2.
