Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in New Castle, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 618,750-square-foot, one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Project work generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the cleaning and repainting of the East Girder Spans of the First Structure of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Repainting generally consists of a preparatory cleaning of all surfaces (approximately 618,750 square feet) to receive paint, furnishing and applying spot-prime coat, spot-finish coat, and 100% overcoat of paint including both sidewalks, curbs, railings, and overhead gantries. Bid bond or guarantee is required at 10%. Question Deadline 12/09/2025 Any questions, clarifications, or requests for revisions to the Contract Documents must be forwarded to the Authority in writing via CapEx no later than six (6) business days prior to the bid opening date and time
