Sealed quotes are requested for portable litter control fences. Quotes must be signed, submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Portable Litter Control Fences' on the lower left-hand corner, and delivered to the Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division. Late quotes will be rejected. Specifications and quote documents are available online. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all quotes. Energy efficiency practices are encouraged in submissions, considering traditional and renewable energy sources. Preference will be given to Wyoming resident contractors, materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced or supplied by Wyoming residents, quality being equal to those offered by competitors from outside the state.
