Reference Number 0000411198 The Project consists of removing and replacing of existing glazing lites at the City Hall storefront and atrium curtain wall system, followed by removal and replacement of existing glazing lites in the ribbon windows. The available budget for this Project is fixed at three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000.00). This RFP is seeking proposals for the maximum amount of glazing that can be installed for the stipulated sum of three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000.00). Bidders may propose the most cost-effective product that meets or exceeds the basis-of-design. All prospective firms who did not attend the November 20, 2025, or December 16, 2025, Pre-Bid Conferences Bid are required to attend. Firms who were in attendance at the November 20, 2025, or December 16, 2025, Pre-Bid Conferences are encouraged but not required to attend this Conference.
