RFQ Construction Manager At Risk - Imperial Calcasieu Human Services Authority The Imperial Calcasieu Human Services Authority (ImCal) is soliciting a request for qualifications for a Contractor to function as a Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the new home for ImCal administrative functions located at 800 Bilbo Street (formerly occupied by the Lake Charles HousingAuthority) based on approval by the Joint Legislative Transportation Committee to use CMAR as an alternative project delivery. It shall be noted that all questions regarding thestatement of qualifications shall be communicated in writing by email no later than November19, 2025. After that date,no additional questions will be received and/or responded to in kind.
