The e-mail subject must be PROTECTED CM@R Qualifications Statement - McDuffie The Project includes the following Work: McDuffie County, Georgia is considering renovation to an existing baseball scoring tower and restroom building and replacement of a small football scoring tower. Project includes work on two distinct project sites within Sweetwater Regional Athletic Complex. The existing structure is an approximately 3200 square foot, two-story, wood construction structure with a metal roof over wood purlins. The exterior cladding is brick on the first floor and vinyl siding on the second floor. Hurricane Helene did significant damage to the roof, exposing interior to water damage. Vandalism caused additional significant damage to the interior of the building. Proposed scope of work includes constructing a new asphalt shingle roof assembly, including possible replacement of multiple trusses. All existing siding, soffit, and fascia will be replaced with Hardie board. All windows and doors are to be replaced with vinyl and hollow core metal respectively. New interior finishes are proposed to be installed including bathroom tile and drywall repair or replacement on ceilings and walls. New plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures shall be installed. All building utility services are assumed to be operational. A possible conversion of two existing two-fixture restrooms to multiple single stall ADA restrooms is also being considered. Replace an existing 450 square foot scoring tower with a similar two-story climate-controlled building. Record drawings are not available for either building. A site visit can be arranged upon request. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $400,000.00-$500,000.00.
