Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Clarita, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project involves replacing three 12,000 CFM indirect evaporative coolers at the Corporate Yard. The current coolers are showing signs of rust and structural integrity loss, causing leaks inside the building, and are in need of replacement. These units play a crucial role during the hot summer months by cooling the fleet maintenance area The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 6, 2025, the city has selected a designer but has not yet selected a general contractor. Construction is expected to start late quarter 1 of 2026.
