Renovation of a laboratory facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Harrison Extruder Lab 132 Renovation, PPA No. 23-0871. Bids must be submitted on the provided form and may require accompanying bid security of 10% for bids equal to or greater than $150,000. Successful bidders for such contracts must also furnish approved Performance Security and Labor & Material Payment Security, each amounting to 100% of the contract. Bidders must commence work after receipt of the contract and substantially complete the project by the specified deadline. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled pre-bid walk-through and to review contract documents thoroughly before bidding. Withdrawal of bids is not permitted for at least thirty calendar days after the bid receipt deadline, except as stated in the instructions to bidders. The State makes reasonable accommodations for disabilities upon request. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 change from 11/18/2025 02:00 PMBidders shall promptly notify the Architect/Engineer of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the Contract Documents or of the site and local conditions. 9.2. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall request, in writing, clarification from the Architect/Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.
