Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lynn Haven, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Lynn Haven is seeking construction engineering and inspection services relating to the construction of the Tennessee Ave. Sidewalk Project. The scope of this project will include inspection services during construction of the 5' sidewalk along the east side of Tennessee Ave. between 5th Street and 14th Street in Lynn Haven, Florida as identified in the City's Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The complete scope of services can be found in Part III of the Request for Qualifications. Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been pre-qualified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
