Site work for a water / sewer project in Bethel, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bethel (Owner) is seeking separate sealed Bids for construction of QFC#2 Lift Station Improvements (Project). The Project includes replacing the pumps, controls, and heat add system for the QFC lift station and providing temporary bypass pumping at the FAA and QFC during the duration of construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be developed on a lump sum basis with a schedule of values following bidding as indicated in the Bid Form and Method of Measurement and Basis of Payment. Deadline for Questions/ Protests: Monday, November 3, 2025, at 12:00 pm: All questions should be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent at purchasingagent@cityofbethel.net
