Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Access road work is slated to begin December 2025, with excavation work for the new dam set to begin March 2026. The CM placed an early package out for pricing which included electrical, drilling, grouting, blasting, those trade prices were due 11-6-2025. Further packages will be released out at a later undisclosed date. Contact the CM directly for possible bid opportunities. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate.
