(1) - Rt 15 NB, Bridge over Abandoned Mount Hope Mineral Railroad (Construction Inspection C-6 Level A) Location(s) Morris, New Jersey Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Route 15 NB Bridge spans the abandoned Mount Hope Mineral Railroad which, in turn, spans Green Pond Brook with a 10-foot by 10-foot concrete box culvert. The limits of roadway work approaching the structure are defined by the temporary bypass roadway, temporary retaining system and temporary bridge that will carry two lanes of traffic during replacement of the bridge. The limits of work will extend approximately 1,600 feet to the east of the bridge along Ramp C (Route 80 WB to Route 15 NB), approximately 600 feet to the south of the bridge on Ramp A and approximately 1,100 feet to the north, just south of the existing traffic signal at the merge from the ramp from N. Main Street Extension. There is widening of the bridge approach roadways required to match new structure's width.
