A pre-Bid conference will NOT be held for this Contract. The scope of WORK generally consists of installing multiple flushing stations which includes all labor, equipment, and all work required to install 2" PVC gasketed joint pipe, 1" Special Meters, 2" Cleanouts, Road crossings, Tie-ins to existing pipelines, and all other related appurtenant items as required by the Project Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. All installations are located on the Fort Berthold Reservation in various locations per the plan set. All Bids must be made on the "Bid Form" included as part of these documents. Each BID must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a copy of a current and valid North Dakota Contractor's License or Certification of Renewal thereof (must have been issued at least 10 calendar days before the date of the Bid Opening) and a BIDDER's Bond equal to five percent of the full amount of the BID, executed by the BIDDER as Principal and by a SURETY, conditioned that if the Principal's BID is accepted and the CONTRACT awarded to the Principal, the Principal, within ten days after notice of award, shall execute a CONTRACT in accordance with terms of the BID and a CONTRACTOR's BOND as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the Three Affiliated Tribes. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract, if awarded, based on the received bids and will make the determination of the Bid(s) that is in the best interest and most advantageous to the Owner.
