Site work and new construction of a parking garage in New Town, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,873-square-foot parking garage.
Construct a 10 unit residential garage for the existing Teacher Townhomes at 613 Eagle Drive, New Town, ND 58763. Separate bids will be received for the General Contract, Mechanical Contract, and Electrical Contract, either separately as listed or combined at the bidder's option. Single combined bids will also be accepted for all portions of the work, and the successful bidder will act as the single Prime Contractor for the project. Bids must be submitted prior to the designated time; late bids will not be accepted. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure bids are received by the Owner before the opening time. Separate bids will be received at the same time on the following portions of the work, separately as listed or combined at the bidders option: 1. General Contract 2. Mechanical Contract 3. Electrical Contract B. Single combined bids will be received for all portions of the work. The successful bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project. 1.4 THE OWNER A.
