The scope of WORK includes the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing earthen pond as required by the Contract Documents and General Requirements. Work will include creation of earthen embankments, pond outfall structure relocation, installation of blanket drain in the existing pond repair areas, installation of erosion control, drain line and drain field relocation, seeding, and an alternative bid to install a membrane pond liner on the entirety of the pond including the existing pond area. The project is located in McKenzie County near New Town, North Dakota. The permit fee shall be payable to the Tribal TAT ED and shall be for the sum of one percent (1.0%) of the total Contract. For the purposes of this requirement, a Prime Contractor is the prime contractor responsible for construction or demolition projects funded by a federal agency, Tribal Government, or other commercial construction. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of 61 days after the date fixed for the opening thereof, and to reject any or all bids, and to award the Contract, if awarded, to the Contractor with the Bid that is determined to be in the best interest and most advantageous to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract, if awarded, based on the received bids and will make the determination of the Bid(s) that is in the best interest and most advantageous to the Owner.
