The Project is an approximately 8,000 square foot event venue of timber post, beam & truss construction with wood interior framing and includes a main floor event space, associated support spaces, and second floor loft as well as related site work. Project location: 235 Main St., New Town, ND Bid security in the form of a bidders bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
