Site work and new construction of a hospitality development in New Town, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 760-square-foot hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.

Four Bears Peninsula AirBNB Project consists of eight (8) new cabins that are 760 SF each of wood construction and site improvements including an outdoor shelter. Location: Peninsula Road & 4th Street, New Town, ND. All bids rejected. Bid security shall be submitted and attached in a separate Bid Bond Envelope with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Enclosed within the Bid Bond Envelope shall be a copy of the Bidder's North Dakota Contractor's License or a copy of their latest Renewal Certificate issued by the Secretary of State. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Contract Time will be the bid number of calendar days Bidder indicates on the Bid Form. Work is subject to liquidated damages . Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
