Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Town, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.

MHA Nation - Four Bears Segment Bakersfield Residential Development Phase 2 New Town, ND Bids shall be prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be bid as Single Prime Contract (all trades including general, civil mechanical, and electrical Work). Bid security shall be submitted and attached in a separate Bid Bond Envelope with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Enclosed within the Bid Bond Envelope shall be a copy of the Bidder s North Dakota Contractor s License or a copy of their latest Renewal Certificate issued by the Secretary of State. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project consists of a new residential development that consists of 19 single-family houses, 12 tiny homes and site improvements including utilities and grading. Location: Four Bears Village, New Town, ND. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. As of August 6, 2025, a general contractor has been awarded. A firm construction timeline has not been released, but work may begin in 2025.
