The City of Columbus is accepting bids for the Mock Road Connector (1008) project. The work consists of earthwork, stormwater infrastructure, asphalt pavement trail, retaining wall construction, lighting, landscaping, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in the Invitation for Bid. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express. Paper bids will not be accepted unless indicated otherwise. Required documents to be uploaded with each bid include the Proposal Signature Affidavit, Joint Venture Statement of Intent (if applicable), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), and any other departmental requirements as indicated in the Invitation for Bid. All work is to be performed using current prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Franklin County and the City of Columbus, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
