Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (hereinafter "CRPD") is accepting proposals for Big Walnut Trail - Cherrybottom to Morse Road (1215) the work for which consists of professional design services for trail development and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance specifications set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions pertaining to the plans, specifications, Request for Proposal, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks, by email to Brad Westall, brwestall@columbus.gov and Kelly Messer, knmesser@columbus.gov on or before November 17, 2025 5:00 PM No phone calls will be accepted. The City or its representative will not be bound by any oral interpretations which are not reduced to writing and included in addenda. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
