Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Electronic bids are being accepted for the Outpatient East - Existing Lot Renovation project at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Franklin County. The work must comply with the latest version of the "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction" as included in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating Subcontractors, and providing any additional services identified in the Contract Documents. Prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project has a 5% EDGE Participation Goal. Bidders must submit required documentation regarding EDGE participation, may request consideration of substitutions for specified products, and must provide information on service locations in accordance with Executive Order 2019-12D. The use of domestic steel is required as specified by Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are encouraged to participate in a Drug-Free Safety Program approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Electronic bidding registration and digital ID creation are required to submit a bid. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Bidder shall submit a written Request for Interpretation ("RFI") to the A/E for an interpretation or clarification. The A/E shall respond to RFIs received more than 7 days before the bid opening.
