Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is Domestic Water, Sanitary and Storm Deferred Maintenance FY24 - Bid Package 1 for The Ohio State University. Bids must comply with the "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction" included in the contract documents. Prevailing wage rates, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the State of Ohio's EDGE Business Development Program requirements apply, with an EDGE participation goal of 5.0 percent. Bidders must submit required EDGE information with their bid and Bidder's Qualifications form. The project is subject to Domestic Steel Use Requirements as specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.011. Bidders are encouraged to participate in a Drug-Free Safety Program as approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation prior to submitting a bid, indicate locations where services will be performed per Executive Order 2019-12D, and ensure no purchases from or investment in any Russian institution or company per Executive Order 2022-02D. The Contractor will be responsible for scheduling the project, coordinating subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the contract documents. Additional products, equipment, and services may be accepted as approved substitutions only by written addendum. Bids are to be submitted electronically and bidders must register and enable a digital ID through the State's electronic bidding service. Deadline for bidding questions Friday, November 7th, 2025 @ 5 PM.
