Notice ID - 36C25026B0014_1Solicitation,36C25026B0014Amend0003, 36C25026B0014, 757-24-204, Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to repair damaged parking garage tendons at the Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. The work will restore the garage to its pre-damaged condition and slow structural degradation. All work must be coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative. The project magnitude is below $1,000,000, and the NAICS code is 236220 with a business size standard of $45 million. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Contractors must be verified in VetCert and registered in SAM at the time of offer and award. Completion and submission of VAAR 852.219-75 Contractor Certification is mandatory; failure to provide this will render the bid non-responsive. Bids will be evaluated based on price and must be submitted using the SF 1442 Block 17 continuation sheet. An organized site visit will be held on December 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. Requests for Information must be submitted by December 8, 2025, at 3:30 PM EST. **Location:** Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center, 420 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH 43219. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI): To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirements, specifications and/or drawings, submit a written RFI utilizing the RFI Form attached to this Solicitation, send via email to Stanley.burdine@va.gov. Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is close of business December 8, 2025. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer.
