All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications. General Information: The scope of these specifications is to provide requirements and guidelines for line Work under this contract consists of demolition of the Ward Street Elevated Storage Water Tank and site appurtenances at 1702 Bradley Place. The elevated water storage tank is a 1,000,000 gallon (1MG)) capacity tank that is no longer in use. It consists of a welded steel tank and steel frame constructed in 1930 by Chicago Bridge and Iron Company with a height of approx. 168 ft.
