Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Maria, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Furnishing all labor and supplemental materials necessary to perform the work for Installation Of District-Provided Camera System the Santa Maria-bonita School District Adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (Upccaa) in April 2009. SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of Verkada cameras at Alvin Elementary School and Bruce Elementary School. Equipment - Alvin Elementary Bruce Elementary Verkada CD62-E 12 14 Verkada CB61-TE 0 2 Verkada CB61-E 6 1 Verkada CF-83 2 3 Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond by a guaranty company authorized to conduct business in the State of California in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the sum of the total amount of the bid, including any options. All Bidders shall be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the Project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the contract is awarded. The class of contractor's license shall be a "C-7" or other CSLB applicable license. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract before the commencement of work and conforming to the contract documents, as well as furnish and maintain proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and all other insurance or certifications as required by the contract documents. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Question Deadline : 01/15/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Completion- 60) CALENDAR DAYS.
