Reference Number 0000403768 Question Deadline 11/17/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes Provide tree trimming services of trees on City owned facilities (Yucaipa Community Park and Bryant Glen Sports Park) within the City of Yucaipa. These services shall comply with City standards and specifications and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-300 (Pruning Standard). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment necessary to safely perform the work assigned. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, dump trucks, woodchippers, aerial lifts, traffic/pedestrian control devices (if needed), chain saws, personal safety gear, etc. Tree trimming service shall include removal and disposal of all debris in a legal and appropriate manner, removal of dead, diseased, and hazardous branches, and tree trimming to maintain clearance from utility lines, structures, and walkways. Liquidated Damages - There will be a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) assessment for each calendar day that work remains incomplete beyond the time stated in the Proposal Form. Refer to the Proposal Form for specific details. The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award each item separately, and/or waive any informality on any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time set for the opening thereof.
