The Town of Boxborough, MA is requesting proposals for ADA Self-Assessment and Improvements Plan services to be provided by licensed professionals. Proposals must include a technical proposal (without cost information) and a separate cost proposal, both submitted in sealed envelopes. Proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Town Administrator before the specified deadline and must follow the signing instructions depending on the type of proposer (individual, partnership, or corporation). Proposers must also provide at least three business references for similar services performed in the past twenty-four months for public agencies or municipalities in Massachusetts, meeting specified minimum contract values. The Town reserves the right to cancel the request or reject proposals in whole or in part if in its best interests. Contract award is contingent upon appropriation of sufficient funds.
