A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Amherst is seeking proposals for the demolition and clean-up of the building located at 77 Station Street (PID 25124017) in Amherst, Nova Scotia. The site consists of a one-story, warehouse-like structure with a small second-floor office and a basement under half of the structure. The interior has already been cleared of contents. Bidders must participate in a mandatory site visit to be eligible to bid. No one is allowed on the property without the approval of the Town of Amherst Dangerous and Unsightly Premises Administrator; failure to comply may result in rejection of the proposal.
