Site work and paving for a civil project in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 1,250 LF of sewer main, side sewer connections, traffic control, surface restoration, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications. furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Collection System Improvements - Phase 4. The Work shall be Substantially complete within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Terrace Heights Sewer District" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The Terrace Heights Sewer District expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $800,000
