Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

Install 1,600 LF of 8" Diam. C900 PVC Water Pipe, 1200 LF of 8" Dia. ASTM D-3034 PVC Sewer Main, RV Water Services, RV Electrical Services, RV Sewer Services, 5,350 TONS of Crushed Surfacing Base Course, 2,700 TONS of Crushed Surfacing Top Course, and 1,500 CY of excavation. Question Deadline 11/07/2025: Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents, shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business four (4) business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their Bids.
