This Contract Provides Fur the Construction of Pedestrian Improvements Along 88th Avenue, From Summitview Avenue to Tuton Drive, Including but Not Limited Ta Excavation, Grading. Cement Concrete COB, Gutters Ada Compliant Rampe Side Walks, Croeswalks, Chunneliza Tion, Illumination Improvements. Drainage Improvements, Storm Structure Adjustments, Miscella Neous Surface Restoration, Perma Nent Signing, Traffic Control, and All Other Work All in Accordance With the Attached Contract Plans, These Special Provisome and the Standard Specifications. All Bid Proposale Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Propoed Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Band in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (0%) of the Amount of Such Bal Pro Posal. Should the Successful Bid Des Fail to Suster Into Such Contract and Furush Satisfactory Contrac Bond Within the Tame Stated in the Specificutams, the Hid Pro Al Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Yakima. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Hida and Proposal. The City of Yakima, in Accor Dance With the Provisons of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42us.c. 2000d to 20000-1) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bulders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursu Ant to This Advertisement, Disad-vantaged Business Enterprises Will He Afforded Full and Fair Opportu-nity to Subasit Bade in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Dis Crimansted Against on the Grounds of Taen Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award
