A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* This Work Will Also Include Ada Ramp Improvements, Sidewalk Repair, Curb and Gutter Repair, Adjusting Storm Drainage, Environmental Documentation, Etc. Surveying of the Area Has Not Occurred. The Design for the 2025 Nob Hill Boulevard Milling and Overlay Project is Intended to Be Designed in 2024-2025 and Constructed in 2025. the City of Yakima, in Accordance With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.s.c. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award. the Dbe Goal for This Project is 0%.
