Question Deadline 11/11/2025 For questions Every request for such interpretation should be asked through the Question and Answer feature for the project at and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The project consists of improvements to two vacant lots including the installation of new asphalt tennis courts and pickleball courts, spectator seating, a new storage building, sports lighting, stormwater improvements, planting, and restoration. Successful bidder must comply with all Federal and State requirements contained in the project specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check, or surety bond of a corporation acceptable to the City and in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid presented, but in no case in excess of $20,000. Each bidder must also submit with their bid a certificate from a responsible surety company stating that the said surety company will provide, in the event that the bidder is successful, surety bond(s) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contracted price and subject to such conditions as contained in the specifications. Bidders must submit one (1) original of their proposal. The award is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds appropriated in the municipal budget. Bidders are required to comply with all stated legal requirements and must furnish the required bonds and certificates of insurance, and execute the contract within ten (10) calendar days from the award.
