The project is expected to be awarded on December 18,2025.** Question Cut Off Date: 11/4/2025 12:00:00 PM (ET) Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties (Owner) for WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION The Bidders Proposal (in Section C) must be submitted at the time of bid along with those additional documents required by the Contract Documents to be submitted at the time of bid (as identified on the Bidder's Checklist). No bids will be received after the time specified. The Work under this proposal shall include the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform the Work as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified. All construction shall be included in a single overall Contract. The Contract Work of the project shall consist of mobilization, demolition of the existing elevator and machine room, installation of a new elevator, relocation of new machine room, site restoration, demobilization, and miscellaneous associated tasks.
