Sealed bids are requested for providing pipeline cleaning, CCTV inspection, and/or combined CCTV/sonar inspection services to the Joint Meeting Trunkline Collection System on an as needed basis at the Wastewater Treatment Facility at 500 South First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey. Services must be performed in accordance with prepared specifications and information to bidders. Bids must be prepared and submitted in standard proposal form as designated within the information to bidders. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity, as well as with New Jersey prevailing local wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid judged in the best interest of the Joint Meeting. The process is conducted in accordance with a Fair and Open process as specified by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
