The project generally includes replacement of existing undersized and deteriorated water mains with new PVC-C-900 water pipes, including valves and fire hydrants. The project bidding includes a base bid: Adams St: Waterline 'D' in the plans & 7th St: Waterline "C' in the plans 5 Additive Bids 1" St: Waterline 'A' in the plans 5th St: Waterline 'B' in the plans Madison St: Waterline E' in the plans 8th St: Waterline 'F' in the plans Jackson & N Main St: Waterline 'G' in the plans. Bid security is required on this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 12/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The only requirement is that the project begin in 2026.
