Renovation of a municipal facility in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed proposals are requested to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the "President's House Renovation" project. Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least five percent of the total with their sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent of their contract amount prior to contract execution. Successful bidders must provide a certificate of insurance and the requisite endorsement naming the University of Southern Indiana as additional insured prior to contract issuance. All bidders must submit a certificate of insurance with their bid package. The University of Southern Indiana reserves the right to reject any proposal, return unopened proposals received after the deadline, and waive any informality in the proposals. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days without the university's consent.
