This Solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only contractors short listed by the selection committee during Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage. All project-related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted via the designated website by the time and date specified. Responses will be posted as addenda and any changes or additional requirements will become part of the solicitation, requiring incorporation into the contractors bid or cost proposal. Interpretation of drawings and specifications will be addressed only through official addenda. Product approvals for alternative manufacturers' products may be considered if they meet or exceed the required standards and receive written approval from the architect/engineer prior to the final addendum cutoff date. Pre-qualification requirements: Only contractors short listed by the selection committee during Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage.
