Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Waltham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Reconstruction and resurfacing of streets and sidewalks bond in the City of Waltham, Massachusetts. Sealed bids for the construction project will be received by the City of Waltham Purchasing Department. Contract documents may be obtained from the City's website. Bid securities in the amount of 5% of the bid are required, in the form of a certified check from a Massachusetts bank or a bid bond from a surety company authorized in Massachusetts, made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder must supply a 100% performance and payment bond and execute the contract agreement within five days following notification of bid acceptance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, waive any informality in bids received, and omit any item or items in the Owner's interest. Award of the contract may be contingent upon an appropriation of funds by the City Council. All bid preparation costs are the responsibility of the bidder, regardless of contract award status. Questions and requests for interpretations may be submitted in writing via e-mail ONLY to cphilpott@city.waltham.ma.us up to 12:00 Noon November 26th, 2025 Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their own schedule prior to the Bid Opening.
