Site work for a water / sewer project in Joliet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of the installation of approximately 12,580 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch water main. Vendors are invited to submit sealed bids for this project. All vendors must self-register in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for the City of Joliet, accept all terms and conditions, and opt in to notifications. All bids must be submitted in Euna Procurement (Bonfire). The project is expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and possibly from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The procurement will be subject to regulations for issuing loans from the Public Water Supply Loan Program, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act Apprenticeship Initiative, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise policy, the "Use of American Iron and Steel" requirements, and the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act. Bidders are required to attend and participate in a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
