Site work for a water / sewer project in Ripley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 2,520 linear feet of 6-inch waterline and necessary appurtenances. Separate bids will be received for contracts related to this project. Bidders must obtain a copy of the bidding documents from the designated issuing office prior to bid opening. Printed bidding documents are available for $100 per set and digital documents for $35 per set. Partial sets are not available. Only bidding documents obtained from the issuing office are valid. For bid submittal, qualification, procedures, and contract award requirements, bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder. Bidders must comply with all federal and state employment, wage, and contract regulations, including non-discrimination, Davis Bacon Act, West Virginia Jobs Act, and DBE participation requirements. Good faith efforts must be made to sub-contract a portion of the contract to disadvantaged businesses. All contractors must have a valid General Engineering license as required by West Virginia State Code, and the appropriate license number must be included in the bid. Bids lacking proper bid surety or found to be incomplete or non-responsive will not be read and will be rejected immediately.
