Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ripley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Roof replacements at the following locations: Ripley High School, Evans Elementary School, and Ripley Elementary School. The scope includes (4-5) roof replacements at Ripley High School, (1) roof replacement at Evans Elementary School, and (1) roof replacement at Ripley Elementary School. All works consist of Modified Bitumen roofing. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Jackson County Board of Education Administrative Office to discuss project details and examine existing conditions. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Jackson County Board of Education and marked "Roofing Bid" on the envelope. Bidders must be bonded, possess a valid WV Contractor's License, and provide proof of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage. The Jackson County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any informality in the process.
