New construction of a municipal facility in Leonardtown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20,611-square-foot municipal facility; 46,215-square-foot municipal facility; and 28,750-square-foot municipal facility.
Description of Work: The Project consists of site development for two facilities and the construction of the Sheriff's Office Support Services Building, a new one-story 20,611 square foot masonry structure. The new facility will include a crime lab, evidence storage, office space, high bay vehicle storage areas, and vehicle impound lot. Additional facilities include site work, landscaping, HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing, communication infrastructure and access control systems, fire suppression systems, lighting, and humidification control. Work includes (but is not limited to) earthwork, site clearing, concrete, masonry, structural metals, fabrications, insulation, roofing, fire stopping, doors & windows, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, window treatments, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security systems, paving, and storm drainage.
