Reference Number 0000403971 The City of Melvindale Civic Arena Field House Riverfront Pavilion includes the installation of a pre-engineered steel pavilion 30'x30' with a concrete slab pad to be 34'x34' with picinic tables and waste receptacles to be include. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is April, 2026 and substantially completed by August 2026 with final completion by September 2026. This project is Federally Funded and requires Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages . This Project is funded though CMF and all relevant State and/or Federal Requirements apply Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, All Requests for Information (RFI) are due by, and shall be directed to Ray Parker by email at rdparker@hengineers.com. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
