Asphalt Seal Coat to Be Applied in the Parking Lots At Woodland Hills Elementary, Summit Hills Elementary, Bonneville Online Elementary, Black Canyon Middle School, Support Services Warehouse and Honeybee Lane Parking as Specified in Bid Documents, and Will Be Opened and Publicly Read Aloud at the Address and the Time Afore Stated. Bids Received After the Time Fixed for Opening Will Not Be Considered. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Made Payable to the Owner in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid. This Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited in Case the Bidder Fails or Refuses to Enter Into Contract or Furnish the Performance Bond Required Within Ten (10) Days After Date of Award. The Right is Reserved by the Owner to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, or Accept the Bid or Bids Deemed in the Best Interest Of the School District. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid After the Hour Set for the Bid Opening or Before Contract is Awarded Unless Said Award is Delayed for a Period Exceeding Thirty (30) Days. All Bidders Must Have a Public Works Contractor's License Issued by the State of Idaho. INTERPRETATION OF DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS a. If any bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents or finds errors, discrepancies, or omission in them, he shall at once request interpretation or correction thereof by the Project Manager. The Project Manager will promptly clarify the area in question and issue written instructions to all prospective bidders. Verbal instruction or interpretations will have no validity regardless of source. b. Requests for such clarificat i on must be in the office of the Project Manager a minimum of five days before bid opening.
