Materials may be stored on site in an Owner-designated area; all related areas must be cleaned and left in a neat, safe, and orderly condition upon completion. Any work outside specifications must be brought to the Owner's attention during the RFP process. Each contractor and subcontractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements, post rates at the site, and keep an accurate record of wages paid. The prime contractor is responsible for advising subcontractors of these requirements. Five years of experience is preferred, with references requested. All bid proposals must include disclosures required by state law.
