Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.

As of December 17, 2025 Project has been awarded to Ingenious Culinary Supply for $61,556.00 Furnish all labor, material, and equipment required for the design and furnishings per the enclosed specifications. Contractors must visit the site to become familiar with the project. No change orders will be given for contractors not being familiar with the project or scope of work. Work must be scheduled around the school calendar and completed preferably before June 30th, 2026. All OSHA safety regulations must be followed and included in the quote. All permits and certifications are the responsibility of the contractor. Work must be bid using current prevailing wage rates in the State of Michigan, with proof submitted when requesting payment. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and complying with all permits, local, state, and federal codes, materials scheduling, inspections, storage, handling, and disposal of materials. Contractors must include a 5% bid bond and provide performance and labor bonds upon project award, with costs included in the bid. Materials may be stored on site in an Owner designated area until completion, and premises must be left neat, safe, and orderly. Any work not included within specifications but required must be brought to the attention of the owner at time of RFP. Provide a design package for new graphics and paint, incorporating school colors, logo, and mascot. Graphics décor design and paint plan should be to scale, based on the enclosed Logo and Mascot Style Guide. Graphics material and installation are required. Paint services and supplies may be included but are not required; if not included, the owner will be responsible for paint services and supplies. Provide materials and labor warranty, minimum five years experience preferred with references. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with posting and payroll record requirements for prevailing wage projects.
