ALL questions should be emailed to Kurt Maiberger at maibergerk@michigan.gov Design services for Phases 100, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700. The project will address the following items: This project includes but not limited to design a project to replace the existing HVAC system. The existing geothermal system has undergone multiple repairs and is increasingly unreliable. Investigate abandoning the existing geothermal system in place and replace with a conventional HVAC system and add air conditioning throughout building including the restroom areas. Construction June 2026 to October 2026 Purpose This Request for Proposals provides the prospective professional service contractor (Professional) with information to enable preparation of a professional services proposal for Port Huron Welcome Center - Replace HVAC System, Port Huron, Michigan. The service to be completed should encompass as a minimum the following phase(s) from the Department of Technology, Management and Budget's (DTMB's) Sample Standard Contract for Professional Services: Phase- 100 Study 300 Schematic Design 400 Preliminary Design 500 Final Design 600 Construction Administration - Office Services 700 Construction Administration - Field Services
