Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Mineville, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
**As of December 15th, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work includes concrete footings, frost walls, and slab on grade for an approximately 5,000 square foot building, along with the associated under slab plumbing. The project also involves limited stormwater management systems and controls and limited site grading associated with the building foundation. Project Location: Moriah Business Park 3105 Plank Road, Mineville, NY 12956 Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Contractor's bids are irrevocable for a period of 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. WORK substantially completed on or before July 31, 2026 and final completion on or before August 31, 2026 * Contractors can visit the project site located at Moriah Business Park, 3105 Plank Road, Mineville, NY 12956 at their convenience.
