Removal and Disposal of Existing Asbestos in Mechanical/boiler Room as Needed. Proposals Must Include All Expenses for Project Completion. Ottumwa Housing Authority Approval Process May Require Approval by Ottumwa Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. For Further Information, Contractors May Contact Dewayne Boyd at 641-954-1062. All Contractors Submitting Proposals Must Be Registered and Licensed With the State of Iowa. Contractors Must Be Insured at a Minimum of: Public Liability With Bodily Injury and Property Damage Limits of Not Less Than $1,000,000/$500,000/$50,000 to Protect the Contractor and Each Subcontractor Against Claims for Personal Injury or Death and Damage to the Property of Others. This Shall Cover the Use of All Equipment, Hoists, and Vehicles on the Site or Sites. Davis-bacon Labor Standards Apply. Section 3 Guidelines Must Be Followed. Ottumwa Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals.
